Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password (stored as a secure hash).
Bot & Knowledge Data: Content you upload to train your chatbots, including URLs, documents, and text. This data is used solely to power your chatbot responses.
Conversation Data: Messages between your website visitors and your chatbots, including IP addresses and page URLs for analytics.
Payment Information: Billing is processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers — Stripe handles all payment data securely.

Your knowledge base content and conversation messages are sent to OpenAI's API to generate chatbot responses. OpenAI does not use this data to train their models. We select AI providers that meet our privacy and security standards.
