1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AIDroidBots ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIDroidBots provides an AI chatbot builder platform that allows users to create, train, customize, and embed AI-powered chatbots on their websites. The Service includes a dashboard, API, embeddable widget, and associated tools.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content through chatbots
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates OpenAI's usage policies
• Resell access to the Service without an authorized reseller agreement

5. Subscription & Billing

• Free plans are available with limited features as described on our pricing page
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied
• Message limits reset monthly; unused messages do not roll over

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of powering your chatbots. We do not claim ownership of your data.

The AIDroidBots platform, brand, and technology are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced.

7. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring your chatbot's responses. We are not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDroidBots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
